Vendor Agreement

1. Introduction

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between CareerSupport1 ("We," "Us," or "Our") and you ("Vendor"). By registering as a vendor on our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your products or services.
• Ensure that your products or services meet the quality standards specified by us.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

3. Product/Service Guidelines

Your products or services must:

• Be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Be accurately described with clear and honest information.
• Comply with our content guidelines (e.g., no illegal or harmful content).

4. Payment Terms

We will pay you a commission of 30% for each sale of your product or service. Payments will be made via PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer on a Monthly basis. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your earnings.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing 5 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any of the terms outlined herein.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions related to this Agreement will be filed in the courts of [Our Jurisdiction].
